Personal Training is preparing personalized exercise programs by professional trainers and applying them one-to-one during the training. HB Personal trainer, while preparing an exercise plan to meet the different needs and expectations of individuals, unlike standard programs;

- Taking into consideration the health status, physiological state, sports history, lifestyle, habits and psychological state (irritated, unhappy, quickly bored, etc.) of the member, an exercise program is prepared in line with his needs and wishes.

- All details of the works are stored in a personal file.

- Periodic measurements and tests make progress.

- The key to achieving the targeted outcome depends on people's regular, disciplined and attentive practice of training programs.

“Personal Training (PT) is used mostly in the language of“ private lessons ”. It includes all kinds of exercises with one-to-one trainers. It is a personalized exercise program prepared by professional trainers and it is applied one-to-one with the trainer during the training. These are lessons planned according to the person's expectation from the exercise and the goals he wants to achieve and his current physiological-psychological state. Personal training, which means personal training, has been required to work one-on-one with a specialist Personal Trainer in order to take precautions against diseases such as work intensity, unhealthy nutrition, inactivity, posture disorders in developed countries. This situation in Turkey in the 2000s began to spread quickly, and this system has become an indispensable choice of the people in need today.
