Barrel Pilates methods completes the exercise system. Each of these equipment will be included in the comprehensive Pilates method, giving you extra dimension to your customers in your private and group works.

Level I BARREL, a one-day course that introduces semicircular barrels, spine corrector and high ladder barrels.
You will learn how to teach 32 exercises safely and effectively.
Through theoretical lectures and discussion, you will be familiar with when, why and how to incorporate exercises into a session for the best programming.
This course is a prerequisite for the Tier II Barrel plus Accessories Workshop.
AIM OF THE CLASS:
Learn through 32 input small barrels, spine corrector and high ladder barrel intermediate exercises. To teach exercises safely and effectively.
Exercises why and how to incorporate to the best programming system.
Learn the general history and characteristics of the equipment.
DURATION 8 HOURS / PREREQUISITES:
Reformer 2 or equivalent course completion (BARREL I-II TRAINING CAN BE TAKEN THE SAME DAY)

 

Level II BARREL apparatus work, apparatus training focuses on more advanced barrel exercises and less understood accessories and is a one-day course. This course is based on the skills and techniques learned in BARREL I Level. Learn the exercises using the advanced arm weight series and towel exercises, as well as the spine trimmer and high ladder barrel, and teach them safely and effectively.
In theoretical training, this exercise program, how the students should progress wisely.
This course provides extensive practice time, with trainer coaching and feedback to ensure confidence and success.
AIM OF THE CLASS:
Learn 25 new exercises with spine trimmer and high ladder, barrel, arm weight series, jumpboard, towel exercises and sandbags.
To teach exercises safely and effectively.
Exercises why and how to incorporate to the best programming system.
Learn the general history and characteristics of the equipment.
DURATION 8 HOURS / PREREQUISITES:
