HB ACADEMY SPECIAL EDUCATION ACTIVITIES INSTRUCTION

AIM

Article 1- All kinds of courses, seminars, demonstrations, festivals, symposiums, conferences, etc., which contain educational content related to registered trademarks, to regulate the procedures and principles regarding the conduct of activities.

Basis Article 2- This Instruction has been prepared on the basis of HB ACADEMY Main Status.

Scope Article 3 - This instruction is prepared by the Turkish Patent Institute for trademarks, legal entities, companies, sports clubs, private sports halls, organizations and all other related institutions, seminars, conferences, certificate programs, workshops, magazines, newspapers. etc. It covers all kinds of training activities for the activities.

Types of Training Activities Article 4- Training Activities may be of two types. These;

a) Training activities accepted within the scope of workshop training (workshops, seminars, symposiums, conferences, etc.)

b) Training activities within the trainer training system and including promotional information (certificate programs)

Article 5- Persons and institutions wishing to carry out training activities related to Registered Trademarks shall be granted an Activity Permit according to the type of activity they wish to carry out. The scope of these permissions is:

A- Activity Permit: This is the Activity Permit which is a development seminar aiming at the transfer of knowledge and skills that improve trainers, occupations and occupations. (Workshop)

B-Class Activity Permit: Introductory, informative, certificate programs, magazines, newspapers and etc. is an activity permit issued for publishing services, training activities.

Documents Required for Activity Permit

a)            Specifies the address and date of petition Activities

b)           Comprehensive activity program

c)            Legal address of the institution or organization

d)           TAX plate ( sign )

e)           Document indicating the in field of business activity to be received from the Chamber of Commerce

f)            Sample of certificate

g)            Magazine books and so on. document example (if provided)

h)           Bank receipt

THE WAY TO APPLY

Article 6- The procedure to be given to the organizers of the activity.

1. Application is made to the legal department at least 30 days before the activity with a petition.

2. The required documents (Article 5) shall be filed and attached to the petition.

3. If the legal board deems it appropriate, it shall issue an activity approval.

Permission Fee

Article 7- Permission fees are determined by the related department and within the framework of joint action and coordination with the organization company according to the scope of the activity.

The permit fee is as follows and is determined by the related department every year.

•             2500 TL for 1-2 days events (workshop)

•             3000 TL for 1-3 days events (workshop)

•             3000 TL for 1-2 days events (Certificate Program)

•             4000 TL for 1-3 days events (Certificate Program)

Permission fees plus VAT.
